This #GoogleExpeditions lesson develops students’ understanding of recycling and where waste goes. Students develop their knowledge of recycling through a Google Expedition to the New York Department of Sanitation. They apply their learning in the form of a waste diary and develop values needed to reduce and recycle more of their waste.
